What's New at the Reserve?

For anyone who may be interested in the detailed breakdown of what chemicals Integrity Turf will be applying during their lawn treatments this year, please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) fact sheets which are all kept in a 3-ring binder. The binder is located on the small bookcase in the “office” in the clubhouse.

Please keep the binder in the clubhouse so that others may use it as well. Thanks!

The landscape committee
The landscape committee will meet on the second Friday of each month at 10:00am throughout the summer. Each meeting will be a working session where weeding, trimming, planting, etc. will occur at the entrance, bench, hillside and pool building areas. WE WELCOME ANYONE THAT MIGHT WANT TO PARTICIPATE.
We also would like to know if any residents have any plantings they would like to get rid of. If your plantings are compatible with what fits with our landscaping needs, we will gladly remove them for you. PLEASE LET GREG ANDERSON KNOW IF YOU HAVE UNWANTED PLANTS.

Walker Paving has sent out proposals to each homeowner that requested one. If you have not received yours, please contact Walker Paving. They will be giving a discount if we get 10 or more homeowners signing with them.

Clubhouse door

Plans for repair for the clubhouse front door are in place. The door has been ordered, and we have lined up a contractor to do the repair of the door frame and installation of the new door. We await arrival of the new door which is overdue for it scheduled arrival of April 30. The contractor will be available to do the work as soon as the door arrives.
